Jakarta, Indonesia
That was our first trip to Indonesia and we have chosen its capital city, Jakarta, as our holiday destination. It is the largest city of Indonesia and 17th largest city in the world with population of well over 28 million. Wow...can u imagine that!!! The number is about the whole population of my country, Malaysia. As we've never been there before, we opted for a tour package offered by MASholidays.
After 2 hours flight, we finally landed at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. From there, the tour guide from Panorama Tours brought us to Hotel Batavia located in the Old City Jakarta or Kota Tua. We stayed there for only 1 night before we proceed to our next destination, Bandung.
Enjoy the photos of us in Jakarta...

Malaysia Hall Melbourne
I am considered lucky enough when my application to stay at Malaysia Hall in Melbourne was approved. My family stayed there for 3 days at room 105 during our visit last year. That was our first holidays in Australia.
Rate per person set at only AUD$12 while child under 7 years old free of charge. Service fee is charge at AUD$15 per person and they also require a deposit of AUD$100 per room. In total, I only paid about AUD$153 after deducted AUD$100 returnable deposits.
It was also convenience to get halal foods as the canteen is operated by a muslim. However, you need to order one day in advance.
